We always work with our clients to agree the best possible solution for their business need.

Contract

The contract will always be between the company appointing and Ingenium Design Solutions Limited, for the provision of services as agreed in the contract.

Appointed Representative

Ingenium Design Limited will appoint a suitably qualified representative for the duration of your contract.

Fees

Our standard hourly rate is negotiable.

Our contracted rates vary per day, depending on length of contract, complexity and skill level required. Our fees exclude travel, unless otherwise agreed.

Fees will be invoiced on the last working day of each month and are payable within 28 days. Payment can be made by BACS or cheque.

Termination/Cancellation of Service

Ingenium Design Limited will require 7 days notice for the termination of any contract. 7 days + will not be liable for any penalty for termination.

7 days or less notice – Full amount payable

We are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity.
